Fuji Apples

This hybrid is a cross between Red Delicious and Ralls Janet apples. These unique apples are crispier, crunchier and sweeter than other varieties. Although Fujis perform well when baked or frozen, they are perhaps best suited for eating fresh or in salads. Plus, they have a longer shelf life than other varieties.
